Q: Please provide the anticipated construction budget for the project.
A: There is no budgeted amount for this project, as it is a new project and will be determined with the design team.
Q: Please provide additional details regarding the overall project scope and size, including the number of stories, number of apparatus bays and bunk rooms, and any other key program elements to be incorporated.
A: This will be single story, with 4 apparatus bays, we do not separate bunk rooms, this station will house a minimum of 6 personnel and must meet the requirements of a Risk Category IV Building.
Q: Please advise on the anticipated construction start date and overall project duration.
A: We are still working with the Architect on a design; however, we would like to start as soon as possible. We would like to have a Construction Manager available as soon as possible to work with the Architect.
